We can't do this without you. When you leave, you take all of your training, experience and maturity with you. It takes us years to bring someone from the street to your level of competence.
Camaraderie
Many that get out of the Military say that the one thing they miss from being in is the Men and Women that they served with. If you're going to stay in, take a fresh look at the benefits and take advantage of them. Ask around, others have benefited greatly. Don't miss the opportunity.
We see you, we hear you.
The Guard is actively changing it's culture from within. We know that we have been so focused on the Mission that we got away from genuinely focusing on Soldiers, their experience in the Guard and thier family's/employer's feelings about thier responsibilities in the Guard.
Being ready at a moments notice to do our respective Missions for the State and Nation is a top priority, it's why we exist, however, we can't do the Mission without YOU.
