12. 79T AGR Reenlistment/Extension Bonus $4.5K
a. General: Active 79T (directly responsible for recruiting personnel to the ARNG with an assigned mission), serving in a 79T or 00F34 duty position with an active RSID, pay grade E-6 and E-7, less than 13 years of Active Federal Service (AFS) on contract start date, assigned to a Recruiting &Retention Battalion. Not under any Suspension of Favorable Personnel Actions (SFPA), satisfactorily performing duties as a recruiter per NGR 601-1, NGR 600-200 and DA Pam 611-21. Must complete a minimum of three years of AGR service from the contract start date. (Contract start date is the date of signatures by all personnel required on the incentive agreement). Note: One time career bonus.
b. Method of Payment: Payment is disbursed in installments (initial $1.5K on contract start date, $1.5K 1st year anniversary and final $1.5K on 3rd year anniversary) based on satisfactory performance.

•Not eligible to contract for any other SRIP incentive during the reenlistment/ extension period of service.
•Active and MOS qualified production Recruiting and Retention NCO (79T) Soldier reenlisting/extending my AGR tour. Assigned to the Recruiting and Retention Command. Assigned to a 79T position as a production recruiter or filling a 00F34 with an active RSID (four digitRSID). (Soldiers filling any other 00F are not eligible).
•Pay grade of E-6 or E-7 on both the contract signature and contract start date, (Contract start date is defined as the day SM and the service representative sign the REB addendum with a minimum of three years remaining as a 79T AGR production recruiter)
•Have less than 13-years of Active Federal Service (AFS) on the contract start date. • •Not currently under an active Suspension of Favorable Personnel Actions (SFPA) flag(s).
•Not currently under any Uniform Code of Military Justice (UMCJ) or State equivalent process (to include Article 15 or court-martial proceedings).
•Must be fully Positions of Significant Trust and Authority (POSTA) compliant to include having all state and federal screenings complete
•Must receive an approved memorandum for 79T AGR tour continuation for a period to equal or exceed a minimum 3-year prior to entering into this agreement, (Tour continuation memorandum must be approved by the State and Recruiting and Retention Commander).
