arng partnership for your success (pays)

The primary goal for the PaYS program is to promote the hiring of Army personnel into corporate and government positions through establishing partnerships with organizations of varying backgrounds. The PaYS program offers a unique opportunity for ARNG personnel to search from their data base of over 1,000 companies.  All ARNG members are eligible to participate in PaYS.  Once a Soldier signs up up, they can select up to five companies for a guaranteed interview provided they meet the minimum qualifications.  For more information please see SMOM 23-027.
